Description
High waist shorts, inspired by one of ESCVDO’s most beloved pieces, the AMALIA shorts. A resort wear must, these short are take their inspiration from Afro Peruvian traditions. In this case, the bright blue was created as an homage of traditional garments preferred by the free people of the African diaspora, a color that is often found in paintings and illustrations from colonial times.
Sustainability
ESCVDO believes in social and environmental responsibility. The AMALIA shorts are made under our sustainability, traceability and fair trade policies.
The Organic Pima cotton is locally sourced from the coastal region of Pisco, Peru, and it adheres to the highest fair-trade standards. Our supplier LA COLONIAL, is certified SGS ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and GOTS.
The specific cotton strain used for our garments provides the longest fibers available, yielding an exceptionally soft product.

This Piece was made by Delicia Vargas in her workshop in Lima - Peru.

For all orders over $500 USD, shipping is for free.
For all orders under $500 USD, we have 4 flat fees:
$40 USD for South America and Central America, $45 USD for North America, $50 USD for Europe, and $55 USD for the Rest of the World.
There may be additional duties to be paid once the package enters your country. Orders take 5 business days to process. Estimated transit times vary and should be taken as a guide.We offer 3-5 business days from processed order to delivery.
No refunds. Exchanges will be approved only if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt.
If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.
For international returns due to exchange , the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Please be sure that your package is insured, traceable, and prepaid.
ESCVDO reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.
